Project Overview

Marmac needed a modern website that clearly represented who they are, what they do, and the role they play in supporting mining, industrial, and infrastructure projects across British Columbia.

As a 100% Indigenous-owned business, the website also needed to communicate more than capability. It needed to reflect Marmac's values, leadership, operational experience, commitment to safety, and focus on creating meaningful opportunities for Indigenous communities.

Nooma Logic worked with Marmac to design and build a professional website that brings their services, people, projects, and purpose together in one clear and credible digital presence.

Client Requirements

Marmac required a website that could clearly explain their core service areas, support business development conversations, and give clients, partners, and potential employees a better understanding of the company.

The website needed to showcase Marmac's workforce solutions, mechanical trade services, industrial support capabilities, project experience, leadership team, Indigenous ownership, and commitment to safety.

It was also important that the site felt professional and reliable while still reflecting the people and values behind the business.

The Challenge

Marmac operates in a sector where trust, safety, capability, and reliability are essential. The website needed to quickly communicate credibility to mining operators, contractors, industrial clients, and job seekers.

The challenge was to create a digital presence that felt strong and professional without becoming overly complex. The structure needed to make Marmac's services easy to understand while also giving space to their Indigenous ownership, leadership story, and contribution to communities across British Columbia.

Our Approach

Nooma Logic developed a website structure that gives each part of the business a clear role.

The homepage introduces Marmac's positioning and directs users into the key areas of the site. The services section breaks down Marmac's offering into staffing solutions, trades and maintenance, and industrial support. The projects area provides a place to highlight experience across major mining and industrial environments. The careers page supports workforce growth by giving potential applicants a clear pathway to connect with the team.

The design approach focused on clarity, professionalism, and trust. The content was structured to communicate Marmac's capability while reinforcing their commitment to safety, operational standards, Indigenous leadership, and long-term community impact.

The Outcome

The completed website gives Marmac a stronger and more complete online presence. It clearly communicates their services, leadership, values, and experience while supporting visibility for an Indigenous-owned business operating across British Columbia's mining and industrial sectors.

The new website now acts as a central platform for Marmac's brand, helping potential clients understand their capabilities, giving job seekers a clear place to connect, and supporting the company's ongoing growth.
